I’ve been having an ongoing issue with the ordering process on my website and so far have not been able to resolve it. There is an issue between PayPal (which takes the payment) and my website hosting company not interfacing correctly and it may result in one of two error messages as shown below.

Error Message One:

When adding a product to your shopping cart, you may receive the above message. Every time I’ve received this, simply closing it and adding the product a second time works for me and will hopefully work for you too.

Error Message Two:

The second message I’ve received is the one above. This one is more difficult to resolve. I’ve managed to resolve this one the same as above, by closing and trying again a few times. Also, waiting some time and coming back seems to resolve it.
